Overview
To print you must be connected to the SJC student network
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD
Your PaperCut Username and Password Is the same as your SJC username and password
Process
Install Printer
Navigate to System Settings on your Mac's Dock 
Then click:
From here you should see sjc eprint, select the printer by clicking on it (1.) verify that the Name, Location & Use are the same (2.) and then select Add (3.)

Test Printing
To confirm printing is working on your MAC print a file, making sure that sjc eprint (otter) (1.) is the selected printer, then click Print (2.)
You will be prompted to enter your Name & Password (3.) (This is your student ID & Password)
Make sure to click the checkbox (4.) so that you will not be prompted every time a document is printed and click OK (5.)
Printing on a Copier
Place your ID card close to the card reader. Listen for the reader to beep and the login screen to change to a menu.
If authenticated, select Release to view your available print jobs.
Highlight the job(s) to print by clicking on them.
Press the Start button. Your print jobs will start.
Press the Access button twice to logout.
If your card does not authenticate and the printer continues to ask for your login ID and password, then enter your SJC Username (without the @sjcme.edu) and password.
Once you successfully log in, all printers should recognize your ID card for any future access without needing to manually log in again.
Forgot your card? You can always login with your user ID and password.
